Don’t give up! It’s about progress. You will have ups and downs, I have had my share. I was at my heaviest Spring of 2020 and this is what I looked like on the left. I started my three B-Epic capsules mid July because I was sick and tired of being overweight and depressed about it. So I stopped procrastinating and joined on this journey. I was 5-10 lbs away from my life goal as you can see in the middle picture. Then, I hit a bump in the road first it was Covid in January and then it was my diagnosis of breast cancer in February, which led to major surgery that came with healing challenges. Praise Jesus, He gave me a second chance to live!! I am going to make the best of living in this life! I had to go off my 3 capsules for 25 days before and after surgery, which led to major weight gain. I wasn’t able to exercise and I ate whatever I wanted. My focus was on getting healed. Fastforward to the present, you can see on the right in May adding my 3 capsules and my purple shrink supplement, I am moving forward and getting back on track on my weightloss journey.I still have more to go with fighting cancer in my journey. I start my chemo this week; after I finish those 12 weeks of chemotherapy, will be on Tamaxofin then onto my final reconstruction surgery! I am not looking back at Spring of 2020! I am moving forward and will have the victory!!

Wow….in three days, it will be one year since these amazing B-Epic products came into my life! I hurt my back in 1989. I kept working with it because I owned a dairy to some it may be called a corner shop. I worked till it just about crippled me. I lived like that for nearly 2 years. Till I nearly died. I got spinal meningitis from it. After this I was put on some of the major pain relievers, as well as all of these I was put on something for the relief of major spasms after about a week on these I got a rash on my foot by 11am the rash had travelled up my leg.

I rang my doctor he was there within 20 minutes and took me to hospital himself. They did a number of spinal lumbar punches on me. Next day they flew up a blood specialist. My platelets were dropping at a fast rate. They thought I had Leukemia. They told my husband at that time to bring family up as I would not last 24 hours, but I did and that is when they found out I had Lapis. With all the medication I was on it started to pay havoc on my stomach and toilet behavior. So for over 10 years I needed medication to go to toilet. I could not eat spicy food or gravy and many meats oh just lots of things or my stomach would blow up, like I was pregnant and very hard and very painful. The doctor and specialist could not tell me why. This is how I lived my life. I tried really hard but in the last 2 years my life has been hell. Every time I opened my eyes in the morning I would say to myself, not another day please. I prayed to die every night as my body was getting worse. It felt like I was empty i had nothing more to give I lived on medication. i was also getting very bad migraines more meds. I also had a minor stroke I would come down with Pneumonia so much that one lung is still covered with Pneumonia it won’t clear. So I was on the net for something to do as could not sleep. I was lucky to get 2 to 4 hours a night. I used to do so many all nighters.
