Don’t give up! It’s about progress. You will have ups and downs, I have had my share. I was at my heaviest Spring of 2020 and this is what I looked like on the left. I started my three B-Epic capsules mid July because I was sick and tired of being overweight and depressed about it. So I stopped procrastinating and joined on this journey. I was 5-10 lbs away from my life goal as you can see in the middle picture. Wow….in three days, it will be one year since these amazing B-Epic products came into my life! Let me just say these B-Epic pills is just amazing! I have very bad anxiety and depression. This is not an overnight process! I want you to know I’ve had ups and downs because I’m human. I hear and see so many people giving up-Don’t!
