- Use your username and password that you created during registration when filling out the order form and go to your account (B-Epic back office)
- Inside the back office, you find the order history button and click on it.
You will see the track number of your order.
- Click the track number, and you can see the location of your order in the new tab that opens.
The page that opens is the track of your order already on the website of the carrier company (USPS, Landmark global or DHL)
When does the track B-Epic order number appears in your account?
If your order of B-Epic supplements was made on weekends or holidays, then the track number for tracking your B-Epic order will appear in your personal account approximately 1-3 days after the weekend or holidays.
